For the second year running, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have re-imagined the Christmas tree for Claridge’s. Discover the unique festive display at the London hotel now.
Each year since 2009, Claridge’s in London has called upon designers including John Galliano, Véronique Leroy and Alber Elbaz to decorate the hotel’s famous Christmas tree. For the second year running, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana are taking over the lobby, with a festive installation inspired by their native Sicily, in a very personal re-imagining that draws on the design duo’s cultural heritage. This year, they have looked to the magic of a childhood Christmas for a tree which includes blown-glass tree decorations inspired by some of the best-known landmarks around the world. Complete with foxes, deer, squirrels and other forest animals gathered round the fireplace, discover an enchanted woodland scene from November 19 at Claridge’s hotel, London.
